VIDI Pressure 2.0 is a battery-operated device that measures water pressure and transmits data wirelessly.
VIDI Pressure 2.0 is a Smart IoT device for reading pressure in water distribution networks.
It measures the water pressure and transmits data wirelessly via LPWA networks. After easy configuration with a dedicated mobile app (AVK Assist) through NFC communication, the device periodically transmits information about the pressure in the network to the VIDI Cloud platform or to third-party software (e.g., SCADA and GIS).
With detailed knowledge about the general network pressure, water utilities can optimize the pressure to operate the water distribution network more efficiently, reduce operational costs, secure customer satisfaction, and limit the number of leaks or bursts.
VIDI Pressure is typically installed in combination with an AVK tapping saddle or PRV.

* Battery life depends on installation, environmental conditions and user interactions. Installation in areas with poor communication signal, low temperatures, use of iron covers or frequent network reconnections can affect battery life.
